Create a Baby Directory Form for all children attending the nursery.  This form should be filled out by parents prior to the child attending the nursery.  The most vital information on the form is: Known Allergies.  It is very important to "flag" this information for nursery workers.  We put a red sticker on the child's name tag so that all nursery workers know that the child has an allergy and should reference the form.
